The prawn trawler owned by the Gollin Kyokuyo fishing co pty ltd initially moored on the inner face of fort hill wharf and not operational broke free during cyclone Tracy from its moorings at and latter capsized and sank.
The vessel lies upside down but on a slight angle due to the cabin and trawling structure.
